Video Projector Rentals are based on a rental that is up to 4 hour.  Any amount of time over 4 hours, will require an extra charge.    Our latest normally priced pickup time included in the price is 8 pm.  For any pickup-time past 8 pm, we will charge an additional charge of $125.00.  If the pickup time needs to be after 10 pm, there will be a $200 extra charge.
